National Film Award 2073 

The champs of the National Film Award 2073 (2016 AD) is reported. The champs were chosen from the motion pictures discharged in 2072. 'Pashupati Prasad' won three honors, "Exemplary" and "Dreams" won two grants. 

The champs are: 

Best Film – Pashupati Prasad 

Best Writer – Khagendra Lamichhane (Pashupati Prasad) 

Best Director – Dipendra K Khanal (Pashupai Prasad) 

Best Actor – Dayahang Rai (Kabaddi) 

Best Actress – Namrata Shrestha (Classic) 

Best Cinematographer – Sanjay Lama and Purushottam Pradhan (Dreams) 

Best Editor – Surendra Poudel (Classic) 

Best Ethnic film – Yamfu Dewarali (Gurung dialect motion picture) 

Jury Award – Bhuwan KC (Dreams, Director) 

Lifetime Achievement Award – Basundhara Bhusal. 

The grant service was hung on the night of June 30, 2016. In the occasion the president Bidhya Devi Bhandari granted the honor champs. Basundhara Bhusal was granted the Lifetime Achievement Award of worth Rs. 3,51,000 and a honor letter.The choice for the grants were made by a commettee drove by Ramesh Budhathoki. The individuals from the comittee are Laya Sangarula, Sarita Lamichhane, Mohan Niraula, Sushil Poudel and Karun Thapa. The motion pictures and the victors were chosen from the motion pictures discharged in the year 2072.

National Film Award 2072 

The president Ram Baran Yadav recompensed the National Films Award 2015 in an even held at the President's place, Shital Niwas, on July 28. In the function "Kabaddi" was granted the Best Movie Award (watch "Kabaddi" here). The Best Cinematographer honor was granted to Shailendra Dhoj Karki for his work in "Zhigrana" and Nimesh Shrestha was recompensed the Best Editor grant for the same motion picture. The motion picture "Matan" was granted the best motion picture in ethnic movies classification. "Kabaddi" journalists Rambabu Gurung and Upendra Subba were additionally honored in the service. 

On-screen character, chief and maker Nir Shah was honored the Lifetime Achievement Award. 

Out of 87 motion pictures discharged in the year 2071, 60 films were considered for the honor designation. The jury comprised of actressKarishma Manandhar, Rajendra Shalav, Kapil Parajuli, Hemanta Budhathoki and film faultfinder Dipendra Lama.
